We want you to love your new character. However, because our items are often unique or custom-made, the following rules apply:

EU Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, customers residing in the European Union have the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to custom-made items or digital downloads.

Custom Orders: Because these are built to your specific requirements, custom puppets are non-refundable once production has begun.

Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital files, all PDF puppet patterns are final sale.

Return Conditions: For eligible returns (Standard/Non-custom puppets), the item must be in its original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
